Invisible monsters after installing 1.0.1

What went wrong?
I have checked different maps and could not see some of the monsters, if there were monsters which i could see they did not have HP bar on top.
I have newest patch 1.0.1, installed newest graphic drivers, verified files on Steam and of course restart computer.
I’ve attached log files.

topic can be closed - after second steam files verification game works fine.
