Once in a while, probably every hour or so, I encounter enemies that suddenly turn invincible in echoes. Sometimes, this continues on into the next echo and the only way to solve the issue is to completely restart the game. Linked below is a video showing the situation. One of the enemies doesn’t have a full HP bar, as it was injured when the invincibility bug suddenly occurred; at which point that enemy can no longer be damaged.
