Inventory item tooltip that blink when comparing with equipped items

Detailed description:
Since last hotfix (0.7.9D), when I compare an item from the character inventory to the equiped item, the tooltips blink. They rapidly switch from “hover” item tooltip to the “set of comparison” tooltips.
That occurs only on some inventory areas.

Operating System:
Windows 10.
