Interaction bewteen Soul gambler's fallacy & Ignivar's head

I am considering a build with Ignavar’s head and soul gambler’s fallacy. The idea would be :

• never deal a crit with the dot spell disintegrate ;

• Always benefit from the +100% Critical strike chance if you have not dealt a critical strike recently from the soul gambler’s fallacy

• benefit from the 100% more dmg with the Disintegrate deals more damage equal to your spell crit chance (If you have 40% spell crit chance Disintegrate deals 40% more damage (multiplicative with other modifiers) → from Iganavar’s head.

I am not sure the interaction between the two items will work as described above. Can someone confirm it ?

Yes, that is how the two items interact. Ailments and skills with the DoT tag can’t crit.
