Infinite loading screen in town

Logging in, I can access town. Returning to town, infinite loading screen
also excessive load times

Starting about 2.5 hours ago, a number of our servers in US-West are experiencing connection problems to our online infrastructure, causing very long load times or entirely failed transitions. Changing to another server region will bypass this issue while we work on a fix.

We have been in contact with our server and infrastructure partners and are working on a resolution but don’t have a timeline yet. We believe this is unrelated to the new patch, just unfortunate timing.

Changing to another server region will bypass this issue while we work on a fix.

Experiencing excessive loading times (compared to normal) when switching to other regions. Also, quitting to menu instead quits to login without the login box.
