Yup thats an exploit alright. U shouldnt be able to tp back to ur party members at least it looks like thats what ur doing. And keep popping open those chest.
They are ment to be opened once. Devs definitely need to fix this. So it cant be exploited like this

That is probably because theyâre already aware of the problem and are trying to fix it, and spreading that information to the general public like youâre doing is only harmful to the game.
Do you need to get acknowledged, or receive a medal?
You informed the devs, now let them get a fix for it and remove the duped stuff.

If you have reported it through proper channels like the ingame tool,they should be able to review and fix it. Not sure what you are expecting a private dialogue?
Things like this take time to find the cause of it. Sometimes its quick and easy other times its not.
Sure, but spreading exploit information to the general public is never a good idea. That will just make it so more people will do this before itâs fixed (and likely get banned and increase the effort the devs have to take to remove the excess gold).

Right, so thereâs absolutely no harm in spreading that to even more people and saying âHey guys, hereâs an exploit, go try it outâ. Especially in the game forums, where most people were likely unaware of it.
More attention > fast fix
Itâs actually the other way around. The time to fix remains exactly the same, but then it takes longer for the devs to figure out all the accounts involved and ban them, just like it takes longer to remove the duped gold.
Exploits are always a dev priority. So anytime they are aware of one, it will always be fixed as fast as possible. The time to fix them doesnât change because it will always be fixed ASAP, itâs an âall hands on deckâ situation.
So more attention is always just more harmful to the game. Even if youâre just attention seeking and all you want is a pat on the head and a âGood job, Lassieâ.
As a way to hopefully end this discussion, Mike said on discord, regarding this issue:

There is already an answer. This is non-issue now.

All this post will more than likely do is destroy the market. And possibly another mid season reset.
Im 100% done with LE if another reset happens due to this.
This wonât happen. Nor did it ever happen. When we had the mid-season reset, it was not due to the gold exploit in 1.1, but because we got a new event. And we got the event because of the already planned long wait between seasons.
When the gold exploit happened last time a lot of people were asking for a reset and EHG didnât do it (nor would it make any sense, since according to them they removed almost all the exploited gold anyway).
So I expect that this also doesnât have an impact on the market (other than because of player panic/speculation), since it was already fixed and I expect exploited stuff was deleted.

I honestly donât remember seeing this. All Iâve seen is Mike saying there was no need for a reset because the amount of gold left from the exploits wasnât much.
