Increased skeletal mage damage mod on helm/armor not working with youtube vid

I posted about this back in April and i just tested it ingame. Still does not work and in the patchnotes i couldnt find anything about it. Its huge damage loss for any skeletal mage build.

In the youtube link below u can clearly see its not working. im doing the exact same damage despite having 400% increased skeletal mage damage. Please fix it before season launch and if its already fixed on the backend please respond.

Nope just tested it with a 175% skeletal mage damage armor, no increase.

Its fantastic how the devs ignore bugs that are being reported over and over for several months or even years.
