The node works. But not the Idols.
With 4 points invested in the cooldown, skeletons archers’s frost arrows go from 9 secondes to 5 secondes.
But using 4 idols of +% Increased Minion Cooldown Recovery does not reduce their cooldow further.
I did not tested these Idols on others minion with skills on cooldown.
