Increased Haste Effect not working

I’m using Flight of the Quetzeri boots with 16% Increased Haste Effect:

  • In the Other section of the character stats, Increased Haste Effect remains at 0.
  • Once the Haste effect kicks in, it’s adding 30%, rather than 34.8% as would be expected.
