Increased effect of haste on you

Does it do anything? I have 43%, but haste gives me the same movespeed (30%) and duration is same too.

For me it works. What source of Haste Effect do you use?

Rogue passive “Agility”, smoke bomb. For the “Effect of haste on you” i use vanguard boots.

Haste effect currently does not work. It does not update the character sheet.

I have 44% increased effect from boots and 18% from my Kestrel chest

I only get 30%MS when I get haste. I should be getting 48% from haste.
