While testing Vortex Pennant I compared a “~300% increased physical damage” axe to a "~300 “Increased Damage while channeling” staff and noticed that even though you can see the the increased physical damage in the character screen change while using Warpath, since it is generic damage, it does not increase the frequency of the axes thrown.
My guess is that the game or relic checks the total increased physical damage before the you start channeling making it so that even though “Increased damage while channeling” is considered generic, it doesn’t get applied to the initial check for increased frequency of thrown axes.
Can we get confirmation on if this is unintended or not and maybe get possible fix for the relic to recheck the increased physical damage after the initial channeling starts or rechecks it every .5 seconds.
