Lake Liath on the bridge. Sometimes the portal falls under the bridge, not every time.
EDIT: Got it. It happens when you stand near the edge of a bridge/pillar.
Does it happen when you stand near any edge of any bridge (ie, is it a global problem with bridges)?
Happens for sure along the said map, haven’t checked the others with cliffs and edges.
