Cant progress my corruption on any timeline when i get enough stability on some timelines harbinger is greyed out and incomplete timeline is shown. Seen a few reports about completing a normal lvl 90 monolith and still no change. Stuck on 4th harbinger corruption 150 needed. I have screenshot but can add it.
Update 1) I figured it out the corruption part sorry not a bug just hit a passive in my weaver tree, purged horizon. Still shows incomplete which may not be a bug. Will update when i finish harbingers quest.
