Inaccessible loot

I’m in The Smelting Halls, and some of the loot/gold isn’t able to be looted. I’ve tried from different angles along the front and side. Not too worried about a blue and 6 gold, but just FYI. I’ve tried to upload the screenshot, but it won’t allow picture files. The items are inside on of the forges with the molten metal in it.
