There is an inaccessible area in The Lotus Halls that is marked as accessible on the map. A screenshot of the spot can be found here: https://imgur.com/a/ivJzaf4
The area is located above my character on the map in the screenshot. Chains and debris block any access to the area, yet the map makes it look as if one can enter it. The concerned area itself is located somewhere between the two rifts to the Ancient Temple, around halfway and probably somewhere to the top of the exit to the Sanctum Bastille.
