In-game-transaction charging twice & items disappearance

I was clearing out the stash, and because I had to put all the legendary items to another, I didn’t have enough space, so I put them on the floor for the time being. At max, 3 minutes, and my computer can definitely handle that much. It’s got a pretty good specs and still able to withhold quite new games. THEN when I was clicking the auto-sort button in one of the folders, the game crashed. When I logged back in, I literally lost some of the most precious items I had. I am FUMING. Should I just cut my loss and give up this game now?

Yes I understand this is a VIDEOGAME. But it’s also a very time-invested, beloved and passionate fan-based hobby of millions. I know how much time, effort, care, and love the devs put into this game. I, too worked in a gaming company before. I just want them to understand my frustrations with the bugs, crashes, issues, etc. from this game. I truly wish EHG can understand as much as they put their care into this project, the users/players/consumers like me care about my time being spent on it too.

I am so tired of frequent crashes and some of the issues I have faced. Because I even bought all the DLCs, Skins, effects and what not. I was a genuine fan, a new one. However my dedication to this game, I am sure you can see from my playtime stats, is quite high. Another biggest gripes I have with Last Epoch is during some of the micro transactions, my points got redacted twice. I tried contacting EHG before, but I have not been able to get any answers. I have spent double the amount of points on skins/effects.

Is EHG truly ok with this kind of CS process? You could say, why do you care so much, it’s not that much money or it’s just a game item man, but let’s not forget, it was my money that I paid for, from which I expect to get the product I order and the time I spent to get the item. What should I do? Not expect any response from the devs?

Please do let me know I am not only upset about this. I am genuinely disappointed and do not believe this is a fair treatment.
