In-Game Chat Still not working

To re-enable the 0.8b patch notes say: “This may result in needing to accept the Terms of Use, link a Last Epoch account to your Steam account, or log into your Last Epoch account again.”

Is Steam now required to have in-game chat? I did the other two items, but I don’t have steam linked and it’s still is not working for me.

No, you don’t need Steam to chat in-game, they’ve just not pushed the 0.8b patch out again yet.

Ah thanks. I saw a big download and thought it was the “b” patch.

No, that was just to fix Argentus not spawning (again).
