It seems to me that both ladders (playing Solo HC) do not show the current status and I also cannot understand the displayed order.
Ladder entries should be sorted in order of highest Arena wave completion.
Is this not what you are seeing? Also, could you please elaborate on the other issue? Thanks.

It was before ladder has reached wave completion, and the character levels were very unsorted.
I am having a similar issue. Especialy ingame ladder. It literaly refuses to load on any of my characters. Now i know i wouldnt be listed on global ladder but i cant even check out others. Very annoying. However web browser and specific class showed me my result with shaman. So there is that at least. Still dunno why ingame i cant see others tho.
