Improvements for the loot filter

First of all, the loot filter is great!

But a few small features would make it even better

  1. you should be able to select a sound for each rule so that you can also hear when something drops outside the screen

  2. it should be possible to determine that there are 3 affixes on an item, but only one of them should be T6+.
    Could be solved by adding affix conditions twice in a rule.

  3. function for free suffix or prefix slot

  4. the function I have not yet seen in any loot filter but if you define a symbol like in the chests would be awesome
