Impossible to unlock Empowered Timelines

My Account is ~10 Days old. Its my first Character. I tried every other thing via tipps from reddit or steam community. But i am certain now its a bug.

Here are 2 screenshots from my completed timeline and me standing in front of the thingy that should unlock the empowered timelines:

I completed all lvl 90 timelinies before patch 0.8.2 and like i said above didnt start the character or even account before 0.8.1

If somehow someone can grant me access to the empowered timeline it would be great. It would crush me to lose my progress since my time is limited these days anyway.
