Impossible to select a loot filter

Hmmm cant upload screenshot…okay?

I suddenly have no loot filter now, i came back from 1 week of a break and poof.
When in the loot filter menu, I cannot select any of my existing loot filters (2 - confirmed the files are still there) because the dropdown is like 2 pixels in height - you also cannot scroll it. You barely see the dropdown borders and thats it.
Additionally to all this, when in loot filter menu, i can press X but nothing happens… It blocks everything even pressing ESC to open the main menu and i have to exit the game by force to get rid of the loot filter menu.

This is very bad UX for me

Update: a few clicks in the loot fitler menu and its completely unusable.

This often happens when a loot filter file is corrupted. I already had the problem, here is how I solved it:

  • Leave the game
  • Move all your loot filter files to a new location
  • Make sure the loot filter folder is empty
  • Run the game, select a hero, launch the game
  • Press Shift+F1
    → you should get the screen saying that you have no filter
  • Copy of of your filters to the right location
  • Press Shift+F1
  • Repeat with the other fills till you identify the one that is corrupted

If this is a corrupted file issue, you will know which file it is, you will then be able to retrieve all your other filters and create new ones.
