IMAGINE & DISCUSS - How future bosses meant to be (their mechanics) / should look like

  1. Boss Name: Beam Fell
    (looks like a simple, big pelage ball with a big face, rolling around))
    His mechanics:
    a) Melee Escape:
    -> On each melee hit he reflects 10 % of incoming damage as damage over time (4 seconds) and tries to teleport 10 m away.
    b) Time out!
    -> On each ranged hit he become displeased, teleport attacking you like a big cannon ball.
    c) Clone.
    -> Each 30 seconds he releases 3 smaller (weaker) versions of him doing the same things.

  2. (maybe only for MP) Boss Name: Rainbow Rain!
    (any kind of boss made by “rainbow colours” on start there are 6 colours equaly: the colours for fire, lightning, cold, poison, necrotic and void)
    His mechanics:
    a) He’s immune to physical damage.
    b) Colourshifting.
    -> If he receive fire, lightning or cold damage, these 3 colours fade out slowly, leaving him less and less vulnerable to these kind of damage sources and shifting his colours to the colours of poison, necrotic and void (without getting vulnerable to them). If he receive poison, necrotic or void, it’s getting vice versa then.
    c) Rainbowshots.
    -> Every 2 Seconds he releases a rainbow volley (something like Hail of Arrows - on MP he shots 1 of these on every party member simultaneously) coming from the sky to hit you and your friends with fire, lightning, cold, poison, necrotic and void hits in equal shares.

  3. Endgame Boss Name: Twist Dance
    It’s a real big round room or hall with 3 random boss statues standing on the middle podest.
    -> After clicking on this middle podest, one of those 3 random bosses awakes.
    This big room adapt to the boss who’s awaken, meaning the room changes his colours, increases or shrinks, the walls begin to spin and parts of his walls transforms to fireing flametrowers, voidguns ect., invisible trapps triggering appear on the floor (like poison darts shooting out the walls, or boulders fall from the ceiling ect.), maybe some enemies appear in the room too… ect.

  4. Special Boss: Time Collector
    You know the Gold Goblin on Diablo 3, right?
    -> If you’re lucky, on each epoche you can discover a golden smouldering entity, trying to perfectly hiding amongst all other creatures on the current epoch. But rather than fighting you like all other creatures he attepts to flee and find a spot where he could change the/his timeline to avoid you.

  5. Boss Name: Phalanxes (walking on formations)
    -> Surrounding row (5x5): These are Shield guards, blocking EVERY incoming hit. You have to fear, shock or stun ect. them before you can damage them (they don’t have that much HP).
    -> Middle row (3x3): There are bowmen, shooting single bow shots at will.
    -> Center of Phalanx: A single healer’s walking on the middle of the phalanx, healing the shield guards and bowmen overtime.
    -> If a Shield Guard dies, the whole Phalanx try to turn around to block with another frontline shield guards again.
    -> There are 3 Battle Formations (each with 5x5).
