yep i’m bad at ARPG games, i’m about ready to uninstall this game and play Stardew Valley or MLP or Hello Kitty Island adventure… My brain can’t comprehend this. Not a troll post either. I have a learning disability and I can’t think or understand this.

Well, then take it slow since it takes you simply longer (Cause that’s all a learning disability does, frustration is what stops you understanding as it takes too long.)
Or do something else instead of Last Epoch.
Not much choice beyond that after all.
It would help if you would stick to a build until you learned it. You’ve been on these forums for some time but you’re constantly starting over.
You should pick a skill/build you like and stick to it until you’re at least farming 500c or something and killed Aby (or tried to).
If you start getting a hard time progressing (though the campaign should be easy enough, even without a guide), you can post the build here and ask for what should be changed and why. As you’ve seen so far, players will usually be helpful to you.
And if you start getting frustrated, stop playing, take a breather, go play something else for a while and come back later to continue where you left off.
I would suggest watching some of Raxx’s videos, he is great at breaking things down so its easy to understand.
Last Epoch Beginner’s Guide
Watch Raxx’s video Ic0nX linked then follow a rogue leveling guide. LE is the most straightforward ARPG, all you need to understand is damage scaling and you’re good to go.
I played the game untill I understood it, made some builds. Some worked others were bad. After I understod the basics I looked at builds when I was lazy. If you are silly, bad, and not in the right mindset to play the same crap over and over again just to hope for a different outcome then you should most likely look for something that isn’t making you mad or put you in a playe where you call yourself names.
So for your build… I don’t even know what you want to achive or what you aim for. H&S games are a bit like making a one trick pony to bruteforce your way through content. Your build looks a bit flawed because you don’t use any metaleveling build that makes the game a walk in the park. If you don’t want to play mata stuff that’s fine but then the game is torture and you have to live with it.
Man…I love ARPG games…but I could not give too shits about making my own build or understanding shit if I see it frustrates me more than I have fun and when that happens I just follow a guide with 0 shame then depending on the build I went for I have more or less fun but clearly more fun than being frustrated that I cannot comprehend how to make a build work.
Not saying you should give up on your build or something if you dont want to just hoping this advice can help you enjoy the game more.
Anyway at the end of the day Stardew Valley and Hello Kitty Island Adventure are both awesome games 
maybe check out Roots of Pacha as well while you are at it. People say its a lot like Stardew but I feel like its missing things that SV has.
