The Quicksilver Wind skill upgrade does not increase speed by 30% while channeling Warpath. I tested it with a base movement speed of 14% based off of my gear, and the increase of movement speed % only increases by 2% while channeling Warpath. Refer to screenshots. Thanks. Also now I have 23% base and when I channel the speed literally goes down to 22% like what???

LOL. When you channel warpath you have 20% LESS movement speed so when you take this node you get 30% INCREASED movement speed, your movement speed spinning should be the same as if you were walking. Read the skill you’ll see, you actually lose 1,2,3 or 4% depending on your movement speed, if it’s too high. LESS and INCREASED are not the same in this game , I don’t know how to explain this but you can look it up.
