Do Flame Reave’s nodes : Engulfing flames / Heat wave affect ignite damage caused by Flame Reave? I know intelligence makes ignite caused by intelligence-scaled skills stronger, so what about above mentioned nodes? And what about Firebrand’s Incineration node - does it scale ignite too?
Yes, both those nodes explicitly increase the fire DoT (which is what ignite is) for any Ignites or Spreading Flames caused by Flame Reave. Firebrand’s Incineration node would also buff any ignites caused by the skill that consumes the Firebrand stacks.
In general, Ignite/Spreading Flames is buffed by Fire damage, Elemental damage, DoT damage, Elemental DoT damage & global damage. Any relevant nodes (ie, not "skill X does Y% more hit damage, or Z% more melee damage) on a proccing skill will be inherited by the DoTs applied by the skill.
