Just swap the left and right mouse button in keybind settings and the game will slowly kill you with annoyance.
Every piece of loot you pick up activates your left mouse ability. Every dialogue option you choose activates your left mouse ability.
The reason I swapped it, is because I’ve been playing Dota for 10 years, so right click to move has become more than muscle memory. This is why I was so happy that the devs included the option to swap, so I didn’t have to use 3rd party keybinding software. Unfortunately because I can’t rebind Shift to S I still had to use the software, but that’s a non-issue compared to using your ability every time you pick up an item or talk to someone.
