If you can beat the dungeon before it, you should be able to beat the boss

I’ll preface this by saying I’m talking about pre-endgame. I’m only level 36.

I have noticed that the dungeon can be a cakewalk, but then I can struggle to bring the boss down to 85% health, even after looking up the mechanics and preparing with resists.

This disparity in difficulty is… weird. And jarring. And it makes me feel like I have to vastly overlevel before attempting, especially since keys are limited. (Speaking of which, keys are far too rare while leveling. Why even make the content if we can’t play it?)

It seems like dungeons should be doable during the leveling process and at the level of the dungeon. I would prefer if these low- and mid-level bosses were nerfed, but failing that, the dungeons before them should be buffed so you can die quickly and not waste your time. Right now, it’s like the game is lying to you.

Dungeons aren’t balanced for campaign gameplay. They are currently balanced for endgame only. Devs plan to balance them to allow them to become campaign skips more effectively, eventually, but this isn’t the case yet.

Tier 1 is for item lvl 50, which is sort of around lvl 70. I still had lvl 45 gear drop at lvl 99, and 3 of my uniques at 3lp are lvl 5-15 items, crazy i know. Even on corruption 210.

Tier 2 is gonna be fine for most items, and tier 3 i found only 3 items so far which i needed to do. So you cant really skip campaign with it yet. I would say tier 4, is somewhere around corruption 500 diffeculty depending on the modifier. I cant clear tier 4 anythng yet
