When i equipped an idol that adds 25% critical strike chance for minions it only adds 2% on the minions tab.
Before equipping I have 12% critical strike chance for minions.
After equipping it became 14%.

That sound about right, it not “added crit chance” but “increased crit chance”
Critical chance is calculated as follow
(Base crit chance + added crit) x (1+(increased crit chance/100))
Base crit chance is always 5%
So those 25%increased crit chance from your idol are roughly 1.25%.
Maybe you have some minion base crit somewhere, or its a rounding up shenanigan.
But it seems correct.
