Erm, more specifically, I have 7 for general+2 classes now(70ish hour). Since I don’t know what is useful for which build and what is rare, I hoard any that looks useable.
Ok that is crazy then. Personally I only keep general idols if they have damage on them. I also added them to my filter so only good general idols show.
As you gain more game knowledge and learn to tailor your loot filters better you’ll pick up a lot less, I have 3 tabs currently and only pick up good rolls and build specific class idols. Good rolls aren’t as rare in LE as they are in other games so there’s no need to pick everything up all the time and you shouldn’t feel bad about leaving something that has good rolls on the ground if you don’t need it because you’ll find it again later more than likely. It’s much more beneficial to pick up what you need in the moment rather than the use the “maybe later” mentality.

Granted, I did limit pickup on items, it is more difficult with idols as the feeling of “it can good for something” is very prevalent even for low roll idol affix
I was the same until about a week in when I realized that those things drop all the time and most rolls are either decent, or at the worst they’re useful for another build I’ve been considering. I just started tailoring my loot filter for anything I’m going to use immediately and anything I’m actually considering playing using the affix options in the filter to remove everything else, or only highlight one I’m really looking for.
Just have to not be a hoarder and evolve into a collector of fine goods, I still have a ton of stuff but I’m confident it’s all really good if not amazing. Try to do a good stash cleanout once a week or so too, it’ll help a lot.
