I see that there is a loot filter option for idols, but no indication that we will be able to filter for the affixes we want on it. Is that something I’ve missed seeing, or is it not in game as of yet?
If you want to create a loot filter for specific affixes on Idols, you have to create a rule condition for “affixes”, then select which ones you want from the Idols specific affixes in the search box.

Affixes says “unobtainable due to other conditions: Item Type”.
I don’t know what thou meaning, idols work the same as all other items. Set the condition, then scroll through the list of affixes to the bottom where the idols tab is and check the boxes that ye need. P.s. The rule on idols should be separate from other items. Don’t overload one rule by many conditions.

Did you specify a subtype of idol? Not all affixes can roll on all subtypes.

No. You can just add “Type: idol” and only the idol affixes are available. What I meant is that if you specify a “Subtype: Ornate idol”, then only affixes that can roll on Ornate ones will show.
It should also be noted that idol affixes, even when they are the same as gear affixes (like “Increased health %”), have their own category in the filter, near the bottom. So make sure you’re selecting from the proper affix category.
