Ice textures missing on some enemies when induced with Frozen state

What went wrong?
So I noticed during gameplay yesterday that the Phoenixes were missing textures when I would freeze them using my Shatter Strike Spellblade. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but tonight, I am also noticing this issue with the Winged Carrions, screenshot from recording it linked below.

I am playing frostclaw and am also experiencing this bug. Its mostly the Winged Carrion and a few other mobs that do it regularly. I think some mobs only seem to display the bug on certain terrain but that’s just a guess.
