I was just playing the game, exited to make dinner and when I came back the game was not installed and could not be reinstalled

I’m on a mac. LLama just said mac support was discontinued last year but I’ve been playing for a year including just 10 minutes ago. So why suddenly I cannot access the game?

Anyways can I have refund now, I go back to path of exile.
