I’ve tried using Google Chrome and Firefox browsers and I use old.reddit. Do I need a certain number of post replies before I can make an original post there?
I am no expert in Reddit and I am not sure about the specifics for different subreddits, but I think there are several stipulations and restrictions based on several things like how much karma your account has, how much you have posted, how odl your account is etc.
One example I know about, because it happened to myself, if your account is very new and has no or very little karma my posts got shadowbanned, when they included links. I know that first hand, because I don’t use reddit and wanted to promote my loot filters and created a new account. I needed to post a couple of regular threads and posts and gather a little bit of karma before I could create a thread with links that other people could see.
I am not sure about flair in particular, but I assume its a simialr thing.
