I think I can honestly say, and I know y’all will agree with me and even EHGs staff members that I am one of the WORST players and communicators ever to play this game. I put 2,777 hours into the game.. I have never made it to level 100. I delete characters when I mess up and I have zero gold .. Everyone hates me on the forums and in game.. And now my steam client won’t sync with this game.. Hooray !
Fully exit steam then reopen it usually fixes the sync issue. The rest of the stuff I can’t really help with.
Did that.. I cleared Cache as well and I even did the verified files too.. Nothing works. I even uninstalled and re-installed steam.
Sorry to hear this but you might want to check with Steam support if this continues. In the meantime, check that you did not disable Cloud Synchronization or anything in settings. Not me who did this once :laugh:
Regarding you being one of the “WORST players”, we all have to start somewhere.
Really, I just want to say that I don’t think anyone is part of the “worse player” pack. Maybe still learning, but not worse.
This is a game where build diversity and creativity are something I like to see. We know that various players have various play styles, and that is totally okay. There is no need to chase this feeling of ‘being the best’ if that is not your goal. Even if it is, try to have fun with it. Remember to try to be respectful to others who decide to try helping with feedback or suggestions. 
If you’ve had a bad run or character, it’s okay to take a breath and step away for a bit.
We’re all gamers here, so we understand things can sometimes be frustrating (not me bricking a drop I farmed for days). All in all, I wish you luck with your next build and character! Hope the steam issue sorts itself out much sooner rather than later!
