Servers have been the worst they have ever been. Takes a dozen attempts to log in

Not for everyone though which makes it harder to find & fix. And if it’s an issue with the routing from the player to the server there’s not much (anything?) the devs can do.

Do you use a VPN?
Have you used the in-game bug report tool (F8) to report it?

I would submit it but that doesn’t work either. You can F8 to bring up the report tool but when you hit sumbit…IT NEVER CONNECTS TO SEND THE REPORT

Try closing the game, opening it again and immediately submitting it before even trying to connect or choosing online/offline. The report sends game data and it has a history, so it should still send relevant data from when you failed to connect.

Servers have been fine for me - West US

The problems for me have been Stash Tabs and specifically, the lag when I open my crafting materials.

I have been down since the 16th soon as i log in I get le52 cannot even pick offline. My workaround was boot to full offline then exit the game and go back online but that isnt working anymore…sucks big time and support is 0 I mean 0 help. when i got it to work with my work around i submited a bug but does not seem it helped…at all

You could try opening a support ticket regarding this issue. They do reply to those, although it might take some time.

Regardless, EHG should be more vocal about this. Make an announcement on the issue and saying if they’re working on it, possible culprits of the issue, possible workarounds, etc.

They’ve been a bit more involved in the forums lately, mostly due to the work of @EHG_Vandryll, but this would be an important enough issue to make a big announcement. I get the reluctancy to say things like how long it might take (because in development that always keeps sliding) or commiting to something, but even a “Hey, we’re looking into it as best we can. In the meantime, you can try doing X or Y and the best thing to help us is Z”.

This option does not exist. On the screen where you choose to play online/offline, there is no way to submit and F8 doesn’t do anything.
