I was peacefully clearing an echo a couple of days ago, when a mob suddenly showed me quad fives, to take a $984 pot. Corruption was only 153. Are these guys OK?
you will learn as you’re playing the game, that there’s a few abilities that one-shot you, basically no matter what amount of hp you have.
it used to be the avalanche ability from those ice giants too, but they were nerfed slightly, so atleast now you don’t just instantly die when they cast it.
there’s about 4 different Primal Beast abilities (fire tornadoes, ice tornadoes, lightning beam, etc.) that will insta-kill you as well. it does like 11,000 dmg. you just gotta dodge those, or you’re dead. i feel sad for people who play this game on HC, because some abilities are just insta.

Yeah, these Ceramic Hunger’s seem to be a bit overly tuned.

Have you encountered the poison-puking slugs in the Omen? They are also very fun.
Yes, there others as well. But when I saw the death recap screen I feel off my chair, laughing.
