It’s an app that recognizes a unique item name and LP on screen and presses the buttons to set the filters by itself with just one hotkey, instead of 20+ actions that the player has to do manually every time. This speeds up the search from about 15 seconds of clicking and typing to just 4 seconds of waiting.
You could argue that this is against the ToS. I won’t use this to my advantage or share it. Automating things is my hobby, and I did it jsut for fun. I didn’t hack any game files, I take screenshots and click with Windows API. Yes it’s automated, but if a stupid clicker can set the filters just by looking at the item, it’s a sign of poor UI design that needs improvement.
Tesseract OCR can’t read item mods properly, and sometimes fails to determine LP. Would be nice, if it was possible to just Ctrl + C to copy item stats, like in POE. Then it would be possible to make a proper price checking app, that doesn’t require being at the bazaar stall.
