I lost my Kistarter Items

No more pets for me…the Launcher say Welcome without my name…In game I cannot redeem my Kickstarter Items…everything is “not owned”.
Where I can ask for Help?

They are working on migrating the backend systems including pets. Give it the weekend for your pets to come back.

Yea. But I think on Steam you can only buy the Ardent Gladiator pack ($35 version). The full series of packs are only on the website if I’m not wrong.
