This is a legit question. I have 24k CoF points and i’m rank 7 when I hit Y. IDK honestly what to spend it on.
You can spend them in the Observatory. It is located in Maj’Elka Upper District, well just north of it. If you hit “Y” to open the CoF faction panel, you can also click the button in the upper right called “Visit Observatory” and then the map zooms directly to the location for you to teleport to. In the observatory you interact with the system through 4 telescopes and spend faction points to “buy” prophecies that boost certain drop rates. You can also buy lenses that further lets you focus on prophecies you want to get more often.
I recommend just playing around with it or then watch a dedicated guide how the CoF faction works in detail.
