I haven’t been able to log in since yesterday; the login screen won’t even open. A whole day has passed, yet the issue remains unresolved. It appears I can’t log in due to region and language settings. When will this be fixed—after the first week is already over?
We resolved this issue yesterday with our 1.5.0.1 Hotfix. What language/region are you in?
türkçe / Türkiye I downloaded the 5 MB update; it’s stuck on the loading screen, and the login screen still isn’t appearing.
I launched the game, and the login screen only appeared after I had waited for 15 minutes. I’m logging in right now.
My os is set to english, and I’m having the same issue, I don’t think it’s actually related to the language.
Users with their region and language set to Türkiye/Turkish managed to log in by changing their computer’s region and language settings; however, I didn’t change mine because I don’t know much English—plus, I didn’t want my computer’s language to switch to English just for the game.
What I meant is that I think the language specific thing might have been a symptom of a bigger issue.
Turns out that I’m having a similar issue, only its more like 20 minutes, and there’s no loading bar or anything so it just looks like the game is frozen.
You may have resolved that, but i haven’t been able to get past the 1st load screen without the game shutting down without warning back to steam. char created in season, i get the 1st load screen, and bam, shut down. For your information, im in the UK on EU west. My gfx drivers are up to date and i also verified my steam files.
i cant play all i get is the icon on my task bar and it never loads and cant click on anything
