i have went 3 times on the final quest to kill god hunter argetinos and he wasnt there so i had to roll back 4 levels again and again… and again

Same thing happening to me 
Do the first Area and choose to unlock the 68 Area and go there.
This is a known issue that the devs have confirmed and fixed internally. We just need the patch to go live.
The recommendation for now is to chose the other path on the MoF and come back to this when its fixed.
They released a small patch last night that should have fixed it.
