If the triggered ability does not have its own skill spec tree, nodes inside the skill spec tree that trigger it do affect it, unless specifically mentioned.
If the conditions is valid, yes echoes can trigger all sorts of stuff.
Your examples does work.
There are some trigger conditions like “if you use skill x directly”, which would not work for a echo for example.
yes, you still casted it
no, only skills you cast yourself do count towards bleeding hard.
you mean if triggered skill can’t be specialized(doesn’t have a own specializing tree, not a few own modifying node for that in trigger skill tree), trigger skill’s modifying node affect on triggered skill too?
sorry for dumb question and poor english
thanks for your welcome!
Yes that’s what I mean, unless it’s specifically mentioned.
There are some skills, that have subskills, that are specifically not affected by other nodes within a tree.
For Examples Marrow Shards “Bone Splinters”.
Lava Burst from Shield Throw does not state this, so everynode in Shield Throws Tree does affect it as well, unless a specific node would state otherwise.
And for triggered abilities that do have their own skill spec tree, they generally are not affected by other skill spec tree, unless otherwise stated.
No problem, those are not “noob questions”. It’s a very complex system with loots of intricate parts.
While this would not help you with this issue, while we are at it, I just want to point out towards the Game Guide, in case you have any questions try finding your answeres there first, because its an excellent ressource.
