I don't undersand this, what's going on?

I’m a bit confused here. I recently started playing Last Epoch, and multiple times now I know for certain I have made it to a town/way point. Then next time I log in I the town is no longer explored, and I have to run all the way threw again clearing multiple zones to get to the town I just reached the day before. It’s really getting on my nerves and I don’t understand why this keeps happening.

For example last night I made it to the Cultist Camp, then today when I logged in I am back in The Council Chambers town and the way point to the Cultist Camp is gone. I even have quest in my quest log still that I got in the Cultist Camp, really this is getting on my nerves.

If you click on the quest icon in the global map, does it take you to the town you’re supposed to? Can you port there?

Are you playing online or offline?
If you’re playing online, use the in-game bug report tool.
If you’re playing offline, try verifying files on steam.

On line, but I didn’t know if it was a bug or intended. That’s why I was here. And no I still can’t travel to the town even though I have quest from the town. So I guess it’s a bug.

I play LE from a gaming station which means that every time i run LE it’s like the PC runs it for the first time so every town/area/monolith paths seem unexplored but still i can teleport through the waypoints. Since i can teleport I don’t mind so as long as you can teleport i don’t think that it’s something worth noticing my friend.

No, that’s just how LE is, none of the zones are persistent. What’s worrying is that the OP’s character’s portal unlocks aren’t saved.

Yeah that is concerning the least since it doesn’t save the portals but i’m pretty sure that with a try to contact support his problem will be resolved asap
