I can't waypoint to Lightless Arbor

I tried to teleport to Lightless Arbor using waypoint (or the map) but I get stuck in the loading screen. At some point if I use my skills I can hear my character speak. I can also press the Esc key and the menu would show but the loading screen is still there.

Is this a known issue?

I fixed the issue by verifying files integrity
