My game closed out of nowhere and now I can’t get into the online game anymore.

I can’t log in to my account anymore. Neither in online nor offline mode. My game closed in the fight with Lagon and now the game no longer wants to log in. I’ve already reinstalled the game but nothing has changed. It seems that my client is still logged in and the game does not recognize my request on the enter the game button.
