I can't log into the game

I played today and the names of all the objects on the ground disappeared (this bug is already 3+ years old, what a pity no one fixes it). Changing or disabling the loot filter, as well as the X button did not help me. I exited the game and closed the game client.
I reopened the game, but I got the message “Steam connection required” and that’s it, the game does not load and does not log into the account. I clicked on the “update account” button, did what I was asked to do according to the instructions, re-linked the Steam account (although it was already linked and the game worked), waited 30 minutes, went into the game and got “Steam connection required” again…
I tried restarting Steam, restarting the game, exiting/logging into the account - nothing helped.
I still see “Steam connection required” …
Please help me solve the problem.
P.S. Also, when I launch the game, I get a Steam message “error synchronizing data with cloud storage”, although in the Steam client, the cloud storage is displayed as “synchronized” and there are no errors. Disabling and enabling cloud storage did not solve the problem, each launch of the game was accompanied by an error synchronizing with the cloud storage, although there is no error in Steam itself…
