I cant log in with my no conection characters

Hello! First of all, sorry for my english.
I kill “The Husk of Elder Gaspar” and my computer turn off before i can pick de loot. In the loot i saw an item from the main quest, a “red eye”.
When i turn on the computer i realize i cant log in with any of my no conection characters.

Thanks, i hope there is a solution i was really enjoying the spin to win build.

Similar problem, I can’t log in as one of the characters. After a failure when exiting the Soulfire Dungeon.
