I can't log in to the loot filter

I can’t log in to the loot filter. There is no selection menu and it is impossible to create a new one. Reinstalling the game and updating does not help

What do you mean you cannot log in to the loot filter?

Shift-F opens the loot filter menu when in game… Doesnt this work?

Sometimes filters can get messed up - a way to reset this is to simply go into the filter folder and remove any filter files (back them up if you just want to test)…
On windows this is in BootDrive:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch\Filters
