You don’t appear to have an online Acolyte character, but have you put a point in the Executioner (Lich-only) passive?
Or you already gave a primordial item equipped.

I don’t equipped primordial item, but it’s seems I don’t put a point in the Executioner passive.
It’s my mistake, because rich playing for the first time.
