I can’t distribute my wizard’s passive skill points. The bug has prevented me from playing since the last patch was released

Do you have enough points in your base class to be able to specc into your mastery?
Do you enough points to reach the node you want?
Does the node you want require a connection?
I reinstalled the game and it started working again!
